Google Analytics 4 (GA4) records page visits, clicks on Maps, reviews, phone, LINE and email links, and use of the location tools. This includes cookie identifiers and browser and device information. We use these records to understand how people use the site and find a branch.
Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. It processes connection data, including IP addresses and request information, which can appear in delivery and security logs.
The site loads Google Fonts, and branch pages embed Google Maps. Your browser connects to Google when these services load.
If you use a location tool, your browser asks for location permission and calculates the distance to a branch. Our GA4 events record use of the tool and its outcome, without your coordinates.
Writer and administrator sign-in forms check a password and set an access cookie. Editorial submissions include article details, a Google Docs link and images. The system also records a writer email. We use this information to manage access and review, translate and publish articles.
Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) requires consent under section 19 unless another lawful basis applies. Section 24(5) allows processing that is necessary for legitimate interests, such as website delivery and security, unless your fundamental rights override those interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it.
We rely on our legitimate interests under section 24(5) of the PDPA to deliver and secure the website (Cloudflare, Google Fonts, Google Maps) and to measure how visitors use it (GA4), having weighed those interests against your rights. You can object to analytics at any time using the choices below.
We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers to run this website and its editorial tools. Google provides analytics, fonts, maps, document and AI services. Cloudflare provides hosting and delivery. The editorial workflow uses GitHub to store content records and can send article notifications through Telegram when configured. Articles submitted for publication may become public.
These providers may process data outside Thailand. You can ask us about transfers at the email address above.
The language preference cookie is set for 365 days. Writer and administrator access cookies are set for 30 days. You can delete cookies earlier in your browser.
We keep analytics data, delivery logs and editorial records only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize them. Google's analytics retention is set in our GA4 account; ask us for the current period.
Subject to the conditions and exceptions in the PDPA, you can request access to and a copy of your personal data, portability, objection to processing, erasure or anonymization, restriction of use, and correction of inaccurate or incomplete data. You can withdraw consent at any time where consent is the basis for processing. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

GA4 uses the _ga cookie to distinguish visitors and a _ga_* cookie for session state. The sg_lang_preference cookie remembers your language choice. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking cookies alone may not stop analytics data being sent. In a supported browser, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to prevent Google Analytics collection.
When you visit a branch, your prescription paperwork is handled in shop under Thailand's Ministry of Public Health rules.
